Should I have a HomeBuyer Report, Building Survey or Full Structural Survey on a house in Geddington and which one would be cheaper?

There may be little evidence of underlying defects, such as widening cracks. Steps like even minor landscaping so that the ground slopes away from the property can help maintain clay-rich soil, but a purchaser should discuss specifics with the surveyor if extensive upkeep is warranted. In some more extreme cases, the building foundations may need extra support, but this can be costly.
