    Homebuyer Report in Wapping

The Homebuyer Report contains a professional valuation in addition to a reinstatement (rebuilding) cost estimate as standard. To properly appraise the value of the property your surveyor will use local Wapping market factors and other things about the property e.g. style of architecture The RICS surveyor will also consider style of architecture and will draw upon other assumptions, for example there are no damaging materials. Surveyors don't value things like furnishings e.g. carpets.
