Should I opt for a HomeBuyer Report, Full Structural Survey or Building Survey on a home in Chigwell and which is the cheapest?

The Full Structural Survey is now called a Building Survey, however it is basically the same the same.

If the Chigwell property is an apartment, or is a period property, or has been extended or modified, or is built of unusual materials (e.g. steel and glass), you should go for the cheaper HomeBuyer Report.
