Wall cracks caused by subsidence

The vendor has suggested subsidence could be a concern impacting the house. What subsidence information does the Hotwells house survey include?

Movement of the foundations of a home is called subsidence. However, there is a difference between settlement and subsidence. Most homes are built with a variety of materials. These will contract at different rates.
