Toby provides a polite and punctual service to clients, regardless of the size or perceived importance of the commission. All customers are treated fairly and equally, with due consideration given to the fact they may well be undertaking the most important purchase of their lives.

Through Surveyor Local, Toby provides the RICS suite of Home Surveys, including the popular RICS HomeBuyer’s Report, and the comprehensive RICS Level 3 Survey. Prospective customers can have confidence both in the quality of the established RICS Home Survey products, and in Toby’s ability to complete reports to the required standard. Typically, within these reports customers can expect to see the identification of maintenance liabilities and building defects, provision of work schedules and cost estimates for their resolution, as well as the provision of further services to manage remedial works if necessary. In addition, robust market valuation figures and market advice is provided, where applicable.
