Should I select a RICS Level 2 Survey, Full Structural Survey or RICS Level 3 Survey on a house in Common Edge and which one is cheaper?

Surveyors cannot confirm the existence asbestos on a Common Edge RICS Level 2 Survey. However, surveyors will mention suspected asbestos and will inform you of the options.

Shocking Electrics

When I went to see the house I am interested to move into, the agent said that there might be an overload of the fuses/fusebox; does Common Edge RICS Level 2 Survey give details on on the general state of the electrical system?

When conducting a Home Survey in Common Edge a qualified surveyor will mention the overall electrical system if it is apparent that they are in a poor condition.
