Should I go for a RICS Level 2 Survey, RICS Level 3 Survey or Full Structural Survey for a house in Risca and which would be cheaper?

The Full Structural Survey has been renamed a RICS Level 3 Survey but is basically the same the same comprehensive survey.

If the Risca property is a flat or maisonette, or was built before 1900, or has been extended, or is of non standard construction (i.e. not made of bricks), you should choose the cheaper RICS Level 2 Survey.
