Should we have a HomeBuyer Report, Building Survey or Full Structural Survey for a house in Usk and which is the cheapest?

The Full Structural Survey has a new name called a Building Survey and is basically the same the same survey.

If the Usk property is a flat or maisonette, or is 100 or more years old, or has been extended or modified, or is built of unusual materials (e.g. thatch roof), RICS recommend a cheaper HomeBuyer Report.
